Hitched & Hayflower Trailer Rental or Deposit

Transform your wedding with our fully stocked Wedding Trailer Rental — a one-stop collection of beautiful décor, dining essentials, lighting, and vintage treasures. From elegant chandeliers to brass candlesticks, crystal votives, and more!

How It Works:

• The trailer rental is $3,000 per event.

• You can pick up the trailer the day before your wedding and return it the day after.

• Use as much or as little as you like — all items inside are included.

Booking Options:

• Secure your date with a non-refundable $500 deposit.

• Or pay in full at booking and receive a 5% discount.

• Once your booking is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A team member will contact you within 48 hours to review your contract, finalize details, and stay in touch leading up to your big day.

Cancellations:

• $500 deposits are non-refundable.

• If you pay in full and need to cancel, you will be refunded the total amount minus $500.

Damage Deposit:

• A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is required.

• This is collected by credit card pre-authorization at pickup (similar to a hotel hold).

• The hold is released within 7 business days after the trailer and items are returned in good condition.

Peace of Mind:

• The trailer is GPS tracked for security.

• You’ll receive a full checklist of items at pickup and return so everything is transparent and worry-free.
